"Mato is an incredible guide. He created an amazing trip for me on the beautiful Rio Limay, which is a gorgeous but very challenging river. Mato taught me new techniques and made me a better fisherman. At lunchtime, he set up a table and chairs on the river bank, and we enjoyed the delicious meal he cooked with a nice red wine. One night, he even tied new flies after getting home from a long day of guiding, and I caught an amazing fish with that fly. The trout in Patagonia are enormous but so smart, so you need a guide who knows exactly how to catch them—Mato is that man, and so much more."
"The Patagonian landscape is simply breathtaking. Mato' positive energy and friendly demeanor made the guided tour a pure delight. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with picada and Malbec at noon, which was the perfect way to recharge. I can't wait to return and explore more of this incredible region!"
